ABOUT EIONA

Combining my passions for soul tending, yoga, and bodywork into one, I started doing yoga when I was pregnant with my first daughter in 1990.  I went back to school and finished my BA in Psychology, Spirituality and Healing.

I went on to train with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, learning dialogue guided somatic therapy, and the holding of space for others as they explore the memories, feelings and stories which reside in their bodies. The process of mirroring back to them their own inherent wisdom as their stories are brought to light, creates a fertile space where healing can then unfold.

In 2016 I trained at Discovery Point School of Massage and became a licensed massage therapist in 2017. I have also completed additional training in Myofascial work as well as receiving an Intraoral endorsement.

In 2010 I started studying the profound and humbling work of the soul with Char Sundust at SOI. Soul work is the constant which runs cross culturally at an indigenous level. My studies for the last 10 years as a student and now an apprentice with Char, have reframed the way in which I move through the world and have shifted who I am in a deep, and rich way.

It is with these combined backgrounds that I come to work with my clients, bringing forward what is needed for each individual.
